ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to find out the success Psychology factors of economic learning management by utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS) in the Department of Economic Education, Manado State University. The qualitative research method used is the qualitative research method. The results of the study are the success factors for managing economic learning with the Learning Management System (LMS), including: 1) There is Credit Quota Assistance from the Government for Lecturers and Students during Covid-19, 2) There is the Formation of an LMS Team, 3) Covid-19 Requires Learning Management carried out through the Learning Management System (LMS). 4) The University issues a policy for all lecturers and students to use UNIMA's LMS. © 2023,Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversities.
